Domestic Shipping

Express postage is available at the checkout. Cut off time for express post is 12:30pm daily. Orders placed before this time will be posted same day. Should there be any queries regarding your order, you will be contacted immediately. 

The cut off time for regular postage is 12:30pm daily. Any orders placed after this time will be posted the next day.

Orders will be processed within standard working hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm AEST (excluding public holidays).

If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed on the next working/business day.

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number. You will receive our tracking number via an email after your order has been packed and sent. Please contact us if this does not occur.

Deliveries in Australia are by Australia Post. Please allow for up to 14 working days for delivery as per current Australia Post guidelines. 

International Shipping 

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Orders may be freighted via Australia Post's International service. Shipping will be automatically calculated dependent on the garments purchased. 

Equestrian Range

Technical pieces from the Equestrian Range are fast drying and breathable. Due to their technical fabrics, they require a little more care to keep them looking their best.

• ALWAYS wash in a delicates/laundry bag - This will prevent other items in the wash causing damage to your H&H equestrian pieces
• Contact with rough and abrasive surfaces may cause threads in the garments to pull and be scuffed.
• EQ range Vests and Jackets are recommend to Dry Clean only.
• Dry out of direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Lay flat to prevent your garment pulling out of shape
• Do not wring out when wet
• Do not iron these fabrics, the embellishments or the print logos on the garments.
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Wash at 30 degrees

Hitchley & Harrow Shirts & Polos

• Hand wash with similar colour garments or gentle machine wash with similar colours in a GARMENT/DELICATES bag to protect your shirt
• Do not bleach
• Iron at low setting
• Do not dry clean
• Do not tumble dry
• Dry out of direct sunlight
• Wash polo's inside out to protect embroidery and embellishments 

Wisteria Lane Tops

• WASH IN A GARMENT/DELICATES BAG
• Gentle machine wash with similar colour garments
• Do not bleach
• Iron cotton garments at low setting. Consider using a light cloth over garment while ironing or alternatively use a steamer where the garment cannot be burned
• Do not iron polyester fabrics or trims 
• Do not tumble dry

Broderie Anglaise Fabric Care

• Broderie Angliase is a delicately embroidered, fine, lightweight cotton fabric.
• Hand wash or gentle machine wash with similar colour garments in a GARMENT/DELICATES bag to protect your shirt
• Contact with rough and abrasive surfaces may cause the threads in the garment to become damaged
• Do not bleach
• Iron at low setting
• Do not dry clean
• Do not tumble dry
• Dry out of direct sunlight

Linen Fabric Care

• Lukewarm or Cold machine (using a delicates bag) or hand wash in soft water
• Use mild detergent
• Do not bleach, soak or use fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry
• Avoid wringing or garment
• Line dry in shade or dry inside
• Warm Iron on back of garment to avoid scorch marks
• Do not Dry Clean

Hitchley & Harrow Jeans

• Machine wash cold with similar colour garments
• Wash inside out to protect pocket and seam embroidery and external decorative studs
• Tumble dry on cool/low 
• Do not bleach
• Wash and dry inside out to preserve colour
