The H&H VIP programme is our way to show appreciation to our customers. You can earn points for activities on the website like purchases, reviewing your new items and referrals. You can use your points to redeem discounts off purchases, so the more you collect, the more you can save.

You can click into the "VIP" tab on the top right hand side of the H&H home page on a desktop or your mobile. The link will take you to a page that prompts you to 'sign in' or 'sign up' and you can complete the process by entering your details.

Simply add at least one regular product to your cart, and then choose the item from this VIP page. **Please note you must be logged in to your account to earn and redeem points.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities on our website. Referring a friend, making a purchase, following us on social media and signing up to our newsletter will all generate points for you to redeem. The ways to earn are listed on the VIP page on the website. There are no limits to how many points you can earn!

All our VIP products must be exchanged for points and can only be done so when you buy a regular item.

To see your points balance on your mobile, click the VIP pop up tab which will take you to the rewards page. You can then click the 3 lines in the top right hand corner of the page which will show a drop down menu. Select 'Account' to see your purchase history and available points.

Pending points means you have some points that are from recent purchases and are awaiting approval. The approval period is approximately 14 days which allows for returns and exchanges. You can see your approved and pending points summary under the 'account' section on your device.

Your VIP points never expire! There is no minimum spend each year to maintain your points balance.

Step 1...Log in to your VIP account! Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click the VIP tab on the top right hand of the screen which will take you to the reward page. Here, you are able to view the rewards available to you specific to your points balance. Click on "Get Reward". This will generate a CODE. Copy and Paste this code to your clipboard and proceed to checkout (Click Cart in top right corner of the screen).

This will show the items in your cart with the option to "Checkout" below. Click Checkout.

Below the H&H logo at the top of the page is a line that says "Show Order Summary". Click this and a drop down section will appear. You can then PASTE the code into the section asking for a 'Gift Card or Discount Code'. Click the Arrow to load the discount into the cart. The code will apply to your cart and you can complete the checkout process.

Enter your details including shipping address. You can then PASTE the code into the section asking for a 'Gift Card or Discount Code'. Click the APPLY button to load the discount into the cart. The code will apply to your cart and you can complete the checkout process.

If the code has not applied to your cart, please contact the store Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST and our staff will assist to refund your points. Please note that we cannot apply a discount in arrears once the checkout has been completed.
