Hitchley & Harrow are manufacturers of high quality ladies garments and accessories. We design in Australia and manufacture offshore our own label which is retailed across the country at pop up stores, selected retailers and is available online at hitchleyandharrow.com.au.

Goods are only offered for sale from actual stock on hand and garments are not able to be ordered specially for a customer if out of stock or sold out in a particular size/sizes/style. We do not offer a bespoke design service.


All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars.


On acceptance of a valid payment the goods will be shipped to the nominated delivery address.

Flat rate shipping on orders up to $300 is charged at $10. Free shipping is offered on orders over $300. Express shipping on orders up to $300 is charged at $15, and $5 on orders over $300. Please contact the store if you require further information regarding shipping rates.

If you require any additional services such as signature on delivery, extra charges will apply. Please inquire PRIOR to your order being dispatched.


All prices are GST inclusive. 

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

  • There is no minimum spend.
  • Customers may purchase as many, or as few items from the complete outfit as they see fit.
  • The outfit will be on our FB page Wednesday to Sunday of the same week, and sales can be accepted online, via the phone or in-store.
  • Offer valid while stocks last
  • No returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. 


Hitchley & Harrow is a leading manufacturer of quality apparel. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our commitment and this is reflected in our Returns Policy.

The Hitchley & Harrow Returns Policy applies to all purchases made in store at Charlton, from our mobile showroom, at trade shows or online at www.hitchleyandharrow.com.au.

For your convenience, our merchandise may be exchanged or returned in person or via post. Prior to sending goods for return, please contact our store - phone 07 4630 4422 to obtain a returns number from our staff. Please ensure the goods have tracking by either a signature on delivery or a tracking numbered satchel. No responsibility will be taken for items sent outside these guidelines.

All garments returned MUST comply with the following requirements:

  • Be in original condition. Not worn, smelling of perfumes or personal products, soiled or damaged.
  • The goods must be returned to us able to be re-sold as new items.
  • Original tags, stickers and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • A return postage bag must be included for returns to be exchanged. If you require any additional services such as signature on delivery, extra charges will apply. Please inquire PRIOR to your order being dispatched.

The Hitchley & Harrow Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.


If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Hitchley & Harrow may offer you an exchange provided that the merchandise:

  • is in saleable condition
  • is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
  • is not subject to the exclusions listed below
  • and the exchange is sought within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item being returned for exchange is not a sale item.

At times throughout the year, Hitchley & Harrow may extend the 30 day period to allow for gift giving periods such as Christmas.

If you are unable to provide a valid receipt and/or 30 days has passed since the original purchase date, Hitchley & Harrow at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. In such cases, Hitchley & Harrow may, at its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the merchandise.

Hitchley & Harrow is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.


Hitchley & Harrow is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your as a user, provide you with access to your applicable videos, email newsletters as required and to ensure the site is as easy to use as possible by offering a more personalised experience.

Hitchley & Harrow uses cookies to allow you to login to your Hitchley & Harrow account. Cookies sent to your computer from Hitchley & Harrow only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
