Hitchley & Harrow are manufacturers of high quality ladies garments and accessories. We design in Australia and manufacture offshore our own label which is retailed across the country at pop up stores, selected retailers and is available online at hitchleyandharrow.com.au.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
On acceptance of a valid payment the goods will be shipped to the nominated delivery address.
Flat rate shipping on orders up to $200 is charged at $10. Free shipping is offered on orders over $200. Express shipping on orders up to $200 is charged at $15, and $5 on orders over $200. Please contact the store if you require further information regarding shipping rates and we would be happy to help you.
If you require any additional services such as signature on delivery, extra charges will apply. Please inquire PRIOR to your order being dispatched.
FEES
All prices are GST inclusive.
International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY
Hitchley & Harrow is a leading manufacturer of quality apparel. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our commitment and this is reflected in our Returns Policy.
The Hitchley & Harrow Returns Policy applies to all purchases made in store at Charlton, from our mobile showrooms, at trade shows or online at www.hitchleyandharrow.com.au.
For your convenience, our merchandise may be exchanged or returned in person or via post. Prior to sending goods for return by postal service, please click the link below to complete an online return/exchange:

We are able to offer a refund if the garment is subject to faulty workmanship. Please contact us if you believe your product to be faulty. If the return is a change of mind, we offer a store credit or an exchange. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please ensure the goods are returned to us with tracking by either a signature on delivery or a tracked satchel. No responsibility will be taken for items sent outside these guidelines.
All garments returned MUST comply with the following requirements:
- Be in original condition. Not worn, smelling of perfumes or personal products, cigarette smoke, be soiled or damaged. If the items are not returned in a saleable condition, you may be charged a $25 dry cleaning fee if this will remedy the problem.
- The goods must be returned to us able to be re-sold as new items - please consider this before returning the item/s to us.
- Original tags, stickers and packaging must be intact and attached.
- The return must be sought within 30 days
- We reserve the right to adjust your return preferences if your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy. In this case, the item/s will be retuned at your expense.
- If you are returning any jewellery items excluding earrings, they must be unworn. Any sign of wear on an item of jewellery will render it ineligible for return or exchange.
PRODUCTS INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
Earrings, customised products such as log books with initials, plaited belts with a custom length or width are not able to be retuned unless faulty.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED
There are rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrect product. In this case, please contact us directly before proceeding with the return.
The Hitchley & Harrow Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
CHANGE OF MIND:
If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Hitchley & Harrow may offer you an exchange provided that the merchandise:
- is in saleable condition
- is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
- is not subject to the exclusions listed below
- and the exchange is sought within 30 days of purchase.
- The item being returned for exchange is not a sale item.
If you are unable to provide a valid receipt and/or 30 days has passed since the original purchase date, Hitchley & Harrow at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. In such cases, Hitchley & Harrow may, at its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the merchandise.
FAULTY ITEMS
Should you believe your item is faulty, please contact the store in the first instance (07) 46304422 or admin@hitchleyandharrow.com.au and we will advise of the process to return the item after you have sent a description of the problem along with clear photos. Please note that there must be a valid proof of purchase in order for a faulty claim to proceed.
Hitchley & Harrow is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.
Hitchley and Harrow does not refund for change of mind. Should you change your mind on the suitability of a garment purchased and wish to return to us, we will offer you a store credit valid for 6 months.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS BLACK FRIDAY 2024
The BFCM sale period runs November 10th-29th 2024. All items purchased with discounts applied during the 2024 Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. Please choose carefully and contact our store prior to finalising your purchase if you have any questions or would like help with sizing. Loyalty codes and Ambassador discount codes will not apply to specific sale garments during this period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS CYBER MONDAY 2024
The Cyber Monday sale period runs Monday December 2nd 2024. 30% off site wide some exclusions apply. The code will automatically apply to the cart during this sale.
Excludes.. Silver jewellery, Pearl Jewellery, Bundles, Plaited belts, Handmade bit bags, charlotte bags, wine carriers and log book covers and selected H&H pieces.
WINTER CLEARANCE PERIOD
All items purchased with discounts applied during the 2024 Winter Clearance sale period are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. Please choose carefully and contact our store (07) 46304422 prior to finalising your purchase if you have any questions or would like help with sizing. Loyalty codes and Ambassador discount codes will not apply to the Winter sale garments during this period. The adjusted sale price is calculated for every product. It is not necessary to apply a code at the checkout.
EOFY SALE PERIOD
All items purchased with discounts applied during the 2024 EOFY sale period are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. Please choose carefully and contact our store prior to finalising your purchase if you have any questions or would like help with sizing. Loyalty codes and Ambassador discount codes will not apply to specific sale garments during this period. The adjusted sale price is calculated for every product. It is not necessary to apply a code at the checkout.
BOXING DAY SALE PERIOD
The 2023 Boxing Day sale period starts 9:00am 25/12/23. Ends 11:59pm 31/12/23.
All items in the Boxing Day Collection are on sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Sales are final.
XMAS COLLECTION PROMOTION.
Promotion starts 9:00am 5/12/23. Ends 11:59pm 24/12/23 unless sold out. Free gift limited to first 100 Shoppers.
Orders over $200 from the Xmas Collection will receive a free gift. H&H Quilted tote bag and H&H black print silk scarf. All items in the Xmas Collection are on sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Sales are final.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your as a user, provide you with access to your applicable videos, email newsletters as required and to ensure the site is as easy to use as possible by offering a more personalised experience.
